This program allows certified coaches (World Rugby level 1, 2, or 3) to enhance their development through a 7-month mentoring process. A team of 5 experienced mentor coaches will provide professional support to mentees through on-field meetings Teams sessions. The program is free is aimed at coaches training athletes ranging U12 to Senior (contact rugby).
